About
Meet Dr. Andrew Lister
Dr. Lister is a board certified psychiatrist who graduated from residency at Authority Health, affiliated with Michigan State University. He attended Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine and graduated with a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Lister aims to address your concerns in a collaborative manner. He will work with you towards your goals and mental well-being.
Services
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
The psychiatrist will ask various questions about the individual's medical history, current symptoms, and any relevant personal or family history. This evaluation may also include discussions on lifestyle, relationships, and any previous treatments - all aimed at developing a better understanding of the individual’s mental health needs and creating an appropriate treatment plan.
Follow Up Management
The psychiatrist continues to monitor your progress. Treatment may be further optimized with changes in medications, dose, frequency, or suggestions for alternative supportive management such as therapy.

Cancellations and No Shows
Appointments not rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged a $100 fee.
Arriving 10 minutes late will cause you to miss your appointment and require you to be rescheduled. This follows the same policy and will incur a $100 fee.

These fees will be required to be paid in full before scheduling future appointments
Emergencies
Please dial 911 or visit the nearest emergency room if you believe you are experiencing a medical and/or psychiatric emergency. Bee You Psychiatry and Therapy Services PLLC does not perform or provide emergency services or care.
Appointment Booking
We currently partner with Alma and Headway to complete appointment bookings, process and verify insurances, and submit claims. They assist us with collecting copays, deductibles, and other applicable fees.

All medication changes and refills require an appointment.

We do not conduct evaluations or paperwork for disability, FMLA, or legal issues. We do not provide emotional support animal(ESA) letters. If you require these services, we urge you to seek care with another clinic or provider who can provide those services.​

We do not provide emergency medical or psychiatric services. If you believe you are experiencing a medical and/or psychiatric emergency please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room.
